Dearest Singtel,
About 3 weeks back we subscribed to the all-in-one MIO plan which includes MIOTV(22 channels included for SGD19.90), broadband and the telephone line. 1 week later, your technician, David, whom I must mention isn't very friendly came to install the MIO plan for us. Nevermind about that issue, when we had the MIO plan installed we were told that our MIOtv does not have any channels (yet).
So we called you, Singtel, on the very day of installation and asked for an explanation. You said that it should be okay by 'noon'. 2 weeks have passed and your 'noon' hasn't arrived. We called again as we were unable to settle it the previous week due to other more important commitments. This time, we were told that we're not subscribed to the MIOtv plan at all. WOW. You told us that we could only watch 2 video-on-demand shows every month BUT we need to subscibe.
You see, why would we even want the MIOtv boxset if we just wanted to watch 2 video-on-demand per month? I had the boxset because we SUBSCRIBED to your plan at the Westmall Singtel shop.
As such I would like to cancel the whole MIOtv plan.
